My sons console has had one red ring and it is the Graphic card fault I think.
Is there a page on the xbox site that you can put in a serial number and see if it is under warranty still ?
I know Not of how to find this page !

the xbox site is a peice of crap since they updated it sorry jack I can't help don't visit it anymore

You Da Man JL, thank you !Done and done printed out my form and just need to send it off, My Arcade console is only under warranty till the 23rd of this month. Glad I asked as it's been sitting under the Coffee table for about 3 months.
